Greg Williams is a founding
partner of Restaurant CFO Partners. Mr. Williams' background includes
over 14 years of senior level restaurant financial experience at several
Dallas area restaurant companies. He has a strong background in reorganizations
and turnarounds, debt and equity financing, bankruptcy, software systems,
budgeting and analysis, multi-unit financial reporting, and restaurant
internal controls. He has served as CFO for three Dallas area restaurant
companies and one Dallas area international retail company. Most recently
he worked as CFO and CEO to Eerie World Entertainment, LLC, the operating
company for the Jekyll & Hyde Club and Eerie World Cafe concepts.
Mr. Williams began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen &
Co. Mr. Williams is a CPA in the State of Texas. |

Craig Feronti is a founding
partner of Restaurant CFO Partners. Mr. Feronti has extensive experience
in the restaurant industry at senior level financial positions for
two large Dallas area restaurant companies, and as a successful CPA
providing accounting, tax, and consulting services for many smaller
local Dallas restaurant companies. Most recently, Mr. Feronti served
as Interim Controller for Don Pablo's restaurants, a 137 unit restaurant
chain with annual revenue over $300 million. While at Don Pablo's
restaurants, he assisted them in corporate relocation and restructuring
prior to their move to Madison, Georgia. Other experience includes CFO
of McDonald Technologies International, Inc. and Corporate Controller and
Treasurer for Unigate Restaurants, including the Black-eyed Pea, Taco Bueno,
Casa Bonita, and Crystal's concepts. He spent the first ten years of his
career with Price Waterhouse, where he rose to the level of Senior Manager.
His entrepreneurial background has led ownership and investment in numerous
Dallas area restaurant chains, where he has taken an active role in management
over the last ten years. He is a CPA in the State of Texas. |
